About Kyle
Biography
Kyle McCardle brings extensive courtroom experience and unwavering leadership to every criminal defense case he handles—from traffic tickets to death penalty cases and everything in between.
Kyle spent 9 years as a prosecutor with the Midland County District Attorney's Office, giving him unique insight into what his clients are up against. He quickly rose to the role of Trial Team Chief for the 441st District Court. Today, he draws on that experience to build strong, strategic defenses for Texans facing criminal charges.
Kyle earned his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law and holds a B.A. in political science with a minor in economics from Texas A&M. He is active in the Midland County Bar Association and previously served as its president.
