Do not use this law firm. they do not help with your traffic tickets. They are dishonest, difficult to reach and communicate with and do not follow through with their duties in a law firm. BEWARE! Read BBB complaints, YELP reviews and Rip Off Report - I am not the only one that has had a terrible... experience. I took them to court for their negligence and judge sided with them despite my detailed documentation and proof of negligence. They hide behind the law and Jeffrey Beltz and all of his staff are nothing but shady. You will end up with a conviction on your record and out a lot of money. Go elsewhere for representation. Do not hire this firm. Do more research and read more reviews - you will see for yourself.

I hired Beltz Law Firm to handle a traffic ticket I had in Plano. They went to court for me and told me I would have to pay my $300 fine plus $75 for them to represent me and complete a Defensive Driving course. I called them two weeks ago to ask when I would need to bring in my certificate to the co...urts that I completed the course and I was told on the 23rd. So on the 20th I went to take my certificate to the court and they told me it was due on the 17th and that I would have to come to court for my ticket. UNBELIEVABLE! So what did I pay them for? NOTHING! I called to talk to them about it and they asked me for another $50 to show up for court AGAIN and said they have no record of speaking on the phone with me. I understand that we have a "my case" website but when I called to let the office people know that I was not able to log into my case they said "no problem, I can look it up on my computer and give you the due date". I have seen in previous post from the company that their staff "always" write down when they speak to a client and record notes of what was discussed in the conversation. Thats absolute BS! I wish I would have gotten the name of the male I spoke with on the phone but I did not so now its their word against mine. The workers there are way under-experienced and should not be working in a paralegal office!

He was able to get my doctors bills lowered by a whole lot and I ended up with $8000.00 in my pocket at the end of the day. I was physically assaulted at work by my boss who was married. He sent me multiple e-mails with pornography and then tried to kiss me one saturday while I was working in the office. I told him to stop because he was scaring me. The next Monday I quit and he tried to deny it ever happened. I hired... Mr. Beltz and he found all the e-mails the pervert sent to me at work. I also recorded our last conversation when I quit. After that he settled in less than a month. Turned out that he was really scared that we were going to call his wife to trial, which I wish we had.
