Terrible Experience. Lies Lies Lies. I have had the most horrendous experience with this Attorney and staff. "Two" Years to settle a case where I was hit by a City of Dallas Commercial Truck. The attorney for the other victim called me and explained that I was getting poor representation and she was ...right. While the other victim in the accident is getting diminished value for his car, and a personal injury claim ....I have received a rude paralegal and an attorney that will not call me back. Jason Noel does not care about his clients, at least not this one. Had I gone with a better attorney I would have been compensated for my pain and suffering. P.S. You have to call them, because they will not call you back to save their lives. Conclusion: I ended up with a $60,000 Lexus with frame damage and I'm in my 20s with back pain and no proper legal recourse has been taken on my behalf. DO NOT USE! Go anywhere besides here!!!

I came to the The Law Office of Jason Noel after my accident as my family and I couldn't deal with then insurance adjustors running circles around us. It was getting ridiculous with the medical bills that sky rocketed and the situation at hand. Immediately after our very first meeting in his office w...here he sat down and talked to me for over 2 hours, he made me feel like he'd be the lawyer that would fight for the nightmare I was thrown into. I can't thank Mr. Noel enough for his help on my case in the span of 2 years near the statue of limitations for the insurance to actually end the case and give my settlement. After the first surgery having some difficultly affecting my daily life, I had to have a second one. Mr. Noel was kind and repeatedly offer help to make sure that I, as his client, was going to still get by. Mr. Noel was really good with keeping me up and letting me know the status of my case. If you need someone to really look after your case and what's best for you, Jason Noel is the person. His experience and huge knowledge in the personal injury field and caring personality is what you should look for as someone representing you on the case to help you get what you deserve from an accident. Although my case had just ended, Mr. Noel still cares enough to get me back on the right path with my medical bills and other questions I have. Receptionist say they will or attorney will call u right back...nope u wait 2 to 3 days later and you're the one calling them back. Common answers you'll get "they aren't in" "uhhhh" "I don't know" " uhhh let me call u back" which they don't call u back it's u calling them back. I waited for them 2 ...months to get me into a rental no luck so I took matters in my own hands made 1 call was in a rental the following day. Paid rental out of my own pocket submitted receipt for reimbursement...it took them 7 weeks to fax it into the adjuster...so I'm still waiting for that one....spoke to the attorney about issues he blames the new receptionist since the current one on maternal leave but now the current one is back I call they don't call back or when they do I'm unavailable and leaves me a voicemail that they will be out of office at noon I call back an hour before noon and 20mins after the missed calls new receptionist answers " uhhh she's not here uhhhh I can let her know u called and will have her call u back" guess ill wait a few days before I call them back. I've dealt with many attorneys before in vehicle accidents never had so many unprofessional issues as with this "Jason NOhELp" I thought they are hired to make the matters less complicated and smoothe. Yet I think I've done more work into than what they have....normal case takes 8-12 weeks to settle....it's been 8-12 weeks to get my vehicle repaired and who knows how much longer another 6-12weeks???? And I have to pay this attorney????? I'm getting screwed on this one....never again I think I would have been better letting a 12year old represent me than this Jason "NOhELp" I pay u to represent me for my best interest but yet I'm calling u for updates like what do I do with all these medical bills, when can I get my truck repaired, when can I have a rental since my vehicle is not drivable, just for that to get taken care of took 8-12 weeks. After me paying out of pocket for rental I submit you the receipts after my own investigation I found out it just got submitted to the adjuster...took 6-7 weeks for a fax to process????? Wow really??? Very unresponsive Very unprofessional Unhelpful A HOT MESS....
