I have practiced Real Estate Law and Banking Law in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area for over 25 years. I am Board Certified Residential and Commercial Real Estate attorney. In addition, I am an Escrow Officer, closing both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
My firm specializes in dealing with real estate investors and we are a full service provider to investors and other real estate professionals in connection with their real estate business, from assisting with their contracts, formation of their LLCs, closings, owner financing transactions, assignments, subject to's, etc. We also have an active litigation practice, focusing primarily on real estate related litigation.
