You did not pick up when we called and your voice mail had not been set up, so we sent you a letter. We reviewed your medical evidence carefully as soon as SSA allowed us access to your electronic file. We promptly notified you of our decision well before a hearing was even scheduled to give you plenty of time to seek other representation. There was no charge to you for our services appealing your case to the hearing level. Your information is confidential of course, so this would not be the place to repeat any of the specific reasons that led us to conclude we could not help you.
