Aaron Herbert is one of the best attornies I have seen in a long time. I was involved in a serious 4 car accident hit by a drunk driver on drugs with no insurance. I thought I was doomed. I got served with divorce papers by my now ex-wife, while I was at work. It was both a shock and embarrassment. I must have called a dozen divorce attorneys and never got to talk to anyone but an assistant, and was told it would be $150.00 just to talk to an attorney and if they took my case they wou...ld need over $2,000.00 right away to get started. My ex had waited until I had just gotten paid and cleaned out my entire account, all I had was $500.00 left to my name!!! I have to give props to his staff as well, they told me up front to ask for them when I called and not Attorney Herbert because I would end up paying less that way, and they were knowledgeable and always emailed me documents that were being drafted and filed so I would have updates in my case, and Mr. Herbert would call every month to discuss case with me anyway. When my divorce was finalized and I was given a copy of my file, I was shocked at how much work they put into my case overall. I almost tried to do my own case myself to save the money but realized when I saw everything they did to get me half of our savings back and protect my own stuff, this family law stuff takes alot more work than I could figure out...especially while I am working 60 hours a week at my job.
