*****Look For a Different Atty****

Hired for first ticket( CDL driver )that could have went to trial and been removed. Instead and almost $3000 later there is a warrant out for your arrest and you have another $250 fee just to be told more” BS”. We could have just paid the ticket and done our own research on how to get it removed. DO ...NOT HIRE THIS ATTY!!,

Worst firm ever

I hired this law firm to avoid having a ticket on my record and paying a $300 fee. This scam of a law firm tricked me into paying $150 upfront just to months later agree to a plea without my permission or knowledge and a $375 fine. I could have had a child represent me and do better. The sad thing is... there’s nothing I can do about it

You specifically gave me authority to handle your case with the specific goal of not having this ticket on your driving record. That goal was particularly challenging due to your very high speed. Nevertheless, that goal was achieved. Your ticket is NOT on your driving record, thanks to me!

Great work!

Thank you for working with the prosecutor! I was prepared to pay a fine but my representative worked to get the charges dismissed! Never again would I allow my license to be at risk for questionable people or questionable work

Did nothing I could not have done

The only thing they were confident in was collecting the fee up front after that it seems like they never listen to a word I said can't remember the name of the attorney that actually call the public defender in Duncanville I could have done that I wanted a defense all I got was a plea bargain that I... did not want but had to accept because I don't know how much it would have cost me to win this case but I've even thought my own cases in other cities and towns in Texas and I won this is the first case I have ever lost in my life would not recommend this Law Firm

David, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with our representation. As you know, you have a commercial driver's license, and therefore, the prosecutor would not offer anything "off record." However, we had other options that we spoke with you about on 08/07/2020. After discussing all options, you chose NOT to take your case to trial and you agreed to accept the offer from the prosecutor. I'm confused as to why you would agree to accept a plea offer that you did not want. If you did not want the plea offer, we could have taken your case to trial, but you refused to do so. We cannot help you achieve a better result if you refuse to move forward with your case. As always, we remain available to discuss this case with you.

Bad Service, Misleading, False Assurance

Went into the office with a traffic citation I'd forgotten about that had become a warrant. I was charged $75 and THEN told it would take ~3 DAYS to clear the warrant! They already charged me (non refundable) so I had little choice but to sweat it out. I called 3 days later to verify the warrant ...was lifted...then I was told a story about some delays, office trouble, etc...and that it wasnt even submitted until the day before. Once I was told I would have to sweat it out another day and a half PLUS over the weekend...I called the JP and had the warrant lifted myself (over the phone even), and the court date reset. I understand people get busy, sick, etc... but these people are hired (paid up front even) to defend us against this twisted revenue stream known as traffic tickets/municipal courts. It might just be a paperwork glitch to them, but if I'm arrested, that costs me my freedom, plus if things were really bad, it could cost someone their job, home, etc... It is VERY serious business. If you're too busy to offer 100% focus to your legal customers...STOP TAKING IN NEW CLIENTS until you have room!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
