Biography
I've been privileged to represent clients in a wide range of cases. I began my practice in criminal defense, but I've begun to focus exclusively on plaintiff-side medical malpractice and commercial disputes. I have prosecuted cases involving medical malpractice, fraud, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and securities violations. Most of my work involves litigation in state and fedearl courts, but I also have significant experience arbitrating cases in JAMS and FINRA.
