Refusal to give me my money

I have been trying to settle my case since 6/23 the check has been ready I have signed all my paperwork Faith the closer has been giving me the run around. They are trying to figure how the could walk away with 50% and not the 33% of my money. You can never reach a lawyer.. I would never recommend th...is place to anyone.

Poor service

Hired them on 4/15/19 Regret. They had very poor communication and gave you the run around when you ask questions about how to get a rental or anything involving the case. I later spoke to a smaller firm and they told me they usally get clients that leave the biger firms like this since they tak...e inn Alot of cases and settle at low and close asap. Small cases add up.$$ I can honestly say i was disappointed and let down, they do alot of comercials in the radio so i thought they must be good. If i were you i would recommend you to go to a smaller firm and get more personal.

hORRIBLE

Please trust me when i say do not use this law firm i did all of the foot work! I gathered all the evidence, I contacted the D.A office to get official records. I gather all my hospital bills and they still had the nerve to charge me a case management fee! I literally did everything myself the only t...hing they did was get me a very small settlement and i mean super small it didn't even cover 1 hospital bill. You will never speak with a actual lawyer but inexperienced caseworkers that don't what letter comes after A, AND WHAT NUMBER COMES AFTER 1. They are amateurs. They will take forever to call you about updates you will have to constantly call them. The only time i spoke with a lawyer was when it was time for them to get paid. They are extremely low down. They don't direct deposit or mail checks you have to drive so far to get your small check. Please choose another law firm!!! Best of luck to whom ever take a chance with these people.

Very unhappy client

I highly recommend the Law Boss, Michael Uvalle CHANGE his firm name/slogan, as I have yet to reap the benefits of representation by this self proclaimed 'Law Boss'. I suffered an injury as a result of a car accident. My case was opened over a year ago, agreeing to have this firm represent me has... been a mistake and a headache. Initially-the firm was attentive to my needs. Presently-I have had to make multiple calls which consistently end in leaving a voicemail and waiting weeks for a return call. I have never been made aware of an action plan, objectives, updates or expected time frames for my case resolution. I am inclined to believe this firm uses physical therapy as a template for their client treatment option, reading other reviews only validates this belief. This also raises concerns as to whether a conflict of interest between the firm, their suggested physicians, physical therapists and my best interest exists. I informed my case manager Wendy and also Christopher Provost that physical therapy has proven ineffective as I have made no progress in regaining previous physical abilities. The firm refuses to pay for alternative therapy even though it is clearly showing effectiveness, with that said, I have been forced to pay over 6K out of pocket for these treatments. Along with my physical injury, I am now suffering psychological and financial strain. My career as a professional martial artist has been severely affected. In summary, it shouldn't be this hard to get a lawyer on your side, this firm does nothing for the best interest of the client.

review

I am currently in a law suit where I was hit by an 18-wheeler. This is the first time I have ever been in a situation like this and hired the first lawyer that came to mind (because I hear his advertisement on the radio al the time), this has seemed to be a bad idea. I have had 3 different case manag...ers and 2 different lawyers. To date this case has been going on for 6 months. Ow and I still have never met my lawyer face to face. He have not gone over any plan of action long term or short term. Every time I call him he does answer or calls me right back but to try to get a straight answer out of him about how much my case could possibly be worth is impossible, all he says is go to the chiropractor and gives me a bunch of past case verdicts. I just feel like he is way over his head and I am not a priority. If the problem consists I will be looking into a different law firm in the near future if things don’t change, I will update as treatment and the lawsuit furthers on.
