Michael David Uvalle

I had heard a lots on the radio about Michael Uvalle. So when I had my wreck on 2/7/15. I chose them to handle my case, I now feel this was a mistake. I have been told things about my case that just was not true. First I was told 4 months ago that my case was in the process of being settled, then I g...ot a call back saying 1 bill had not come thru I waited 2 months approximately, still no bill. So I went back to the Doctors office and ask them to please release my bill. Uvalle received my bill approximately 2 to 3 weeks after I went to the doctor's office. So I waited. I called back and was Ben Kennedy was now handling my case. So again I waited. Then I spoke with atty. Ben and Ashley. I was told I had another month before money would come. So I went online and found my Insurance company made the payment a week ago. I don't know when this will be. I did not think I would have to do so much for this case to be settled, and receive so little.

For the post about Nancy the caseworker , Ms. Nancy is my caseworker and I have been very pleased with the communication she has provided me. Every message I have left she has responded to me, even after hours. My case has not been closed yet and I don't pressure them either. I still suffer with ex...treme back pain but I just accept the fact that this will be my future and I have to learn to live with it. I am very happy with my case at this point and would like to commend all of the firm.

All in all my experience with this firm was great. They were very knowledgeable in everything they said to me. Always keeping me informed even if the news was not what I wanted to hear. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend Mr. Uvalle to... all my family and friends.SC

I just want to start by saying my case manager Nancy was HORRIBLE! I never get on here and write a review but for this attorney I will because I had such a bad experience. Never called me to let me know what's going on. It's almost been a year since my accident and they barely let me know they weren'...t going to move forward with my case. Worst experience I've had! There are plenty of other lawyers you guys can go to.

I hired an attorney several years ago for a previous accident. I was pleasantly surprised how responsive and available my case manager was as compared to my previous experience. I was always able to get her on the phone and on the few times I did left a message, my call was returned quickly. I wou...ld definitely recommend this firm to others.
