About Mark
Biography
Mark learned early in his career to use strategic thinking to shape winning results for his clients. He began his career with a large Dallas law firm after finishing near the top of his class at the University of Georgia Law School in 1985. Mark rose to become a partner in less than five years. He came to David & Goodman in 1990 and is now Head of Litigation. As a fellow business owner, he believes it is important to explore if a business solution is possible before both sides are buried with legal fees.
Mark was first selected by his peers as a Texas Super Lawyer (Thomson Reuters) in 2005, as printed in Texas Monthly, and has received this honor in each of the last eight years. Additionally, Mark was also selected by his peers as a “Top Attorney” in Texas in business litigation.
