Biography
I'm Kam Naidoo. I've spent more than 25 years practicing immigration law in Dallas, and I still remember what it felt like to be the new kid whose family had just crossed an ocean to get here.
My parents brought my sister and me from South Africa in 1983, when I was 10, on an investment visa. We were leaving apartheid behind and betting everything on the idea that America would give us a fairer shot. That bet paid off, and it's the reason I do this work. Every client who walks into my office is making some version of that same bet, and I don't take that lightly.
My practice is built around employment-based immigration: H-1Bs, PERM, EB-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions, L-1 transfers, O-1s, EB-5 investors. I also handle family-based cases, naturalization, and some removal defense. I've primarily represented companies through their immigration programs for decades and individuals through some of the most consequential moments of their lives, and I bring the same care to both.
Outside the office, I'm probably collecting a fragrance I don't need, competing in a barbecue competition I have no business winning, or planning a trip with my wife Afifa, a serial entrepreneur in her own right. I mention that because I think it matters: the person handling your case should be someone with a life of their own, judgment you can trust, and enough perspective to know that your case isn't just paperwork to me. It's someone's future.

Amazing quick and informed.
I would definitely recommend Kamlesan Naidoo as an attorney. My H1B extension which got denied through different attorney then I approached Kamlesan. He filed my extension with proper documents and got through H1 with extension in very less time. He his very quick and provides clear information.
