I hired Mrs. Rodriguez to handle a divorce without children for me. There was little to no property and no real fighting between me and my ex wife. All we really needed was a simple divorce, and she handled it with great integrity and care. After hiring Mrs. Rodriguez, she contacted my ex wife to try... to settle this amicably. However my ex hired an attorney. She then contacted the attorney and was able to wrap this up with one court appearance. I could not be happier. I would recommend her to anybody.

There is never a child custody case that doesn’t bring you to an emotional roller coaster of heart ache and worry. She left the worrying up to herself and delivered results which were for the best interest of the child. She continuously and (personally) kept me informed and updated on our case on a w...eekly basis and she was extremely honest and very aggressive. I have never been happier with an attorney and the best part about it is that she is willing to work with you financially, because custody battles DO get very costly. She won’t lead you on and will tell you honestly what your case is looking at for the outcome. If you are not wanting an aggressive attorney who will fight for what is right, take your money elsewhere. I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a custody dispute and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future if ever needed!

This attorney pretends to care about your situation, takes a non-refundable retainer and proceeds at an extremely slow pace. She does not return calls or emails promptly, if at all, even to clients, such as me, that try not to bother her. In the end, she failed to have the person I was bringing sui...t against served and then proceeded to ignore me entirely. I have contacted the state and they are working with me to investigate her practice.
