Very awesome Lawyer

She helped me win custody of my son a few years back. She was very aggressive and took care of us it hurts to see people saw that she didnt do her job because she was very awesome and handled and did her job very well. She was on time to every court date answered all of our questions before hand and ...did a payment plan for us! I have referred her to many people and hope that she will be able to be a lawyer again she works hard and loves what she does! My son was 8 years old at the time and we have had custody of him ever since!! Thank you brigida for all that you have done for us!

Baby Momma Drama

I hired Brigida to handle my custody / child support case when my baby momma started acting up. We went to court, had a temporary orders hearing, in which I got custody of my daughter. We then went to the final trial and I still have primary custody and my baby momma has to pay me child support now. ...Brigida was great at arguing the facts, prepped me for trial and took care of business. I recommend her to everyone. And she's affordable too.

Unprepared and Doesn't Know The Law

Brigida is incredibly hard to get a hold of. While in my case, I had to call her and email her around 8 times to get a return call back, which took about two weeks. It ended up costing everyone involved more time and money that was needed. We ended up showing up in Court where she argued things that ...the judge explained were not even options to argue. I worry about anyone using her services in the future as she could really impact their case. That is my opinion, and appears to be one that is shared by many posting on here.

An Experienced Lawyer that Means Business!

Mrs. Rodriguez was awesome! She is strictly business and does not divulge into things that are not important to the case. I think this is a great characteristic to have in family law because often times clients want to dwell on information that is not helpful. She quickly establishes ground rules ...in the courtroom to ensure that both sides and the judge are aware of the parameter of the trial. She knows the family code very well, and delivered life changing results for our family. At first she may seem distant, do not panic, she is still a fighter for the case, but she is not going to be in contact to talk about odds and ends unless she deems it pertinent to the case. This forced us to make some decisions on our own as well as not harp on little things that can add extra stress in a custody battle. We knew that if we shared with her something important she would always call us right away. We highly recommend her. In the end it is about results and that is what she delivered. We recommend her to anyone that wants an honest, experienced, driven, and no non-sense lawyer.

Completely Unprepared

I started my custody case representing my self, Pro-Se, prior to hiring Mrs. Rodriguez. After hiring her, I knew I had made a mistake. Mrs. Rodriguez did not prepare for my custody case. She did not call me when she said she would. She did not take the time to get to know the details of my case and ...showed up to court unfamiliar with my case. She did not subpoena any of the witnesses I requested. She did not call the Court Ordered Visitation Supervisor (Paternal Grandmother who I brought to court) as a witness. She did not cross examine witnesses presented by the opposing side. I retained custody of my son because of the work I had done prior to hiring Mrs. Rodriguez. She said I won. I say not because of her. I have filed a complaint against Brigida Rodriguez with the state. If you hire Brigida Rodriguez, do so at your own risk and do all the work yourself.
