I hired Brigida to handle my custody / child support case when my baby momma started acting up. We went to court, had a temporary orders hearing, in which I got custody of my daughter. We then went to the final trial and I still have primary custody and my baby momma has to pay me child support now. ...Brigida was great at arguing the facts, prepped me for trial and took care of business. I recommend her to everyone. And she's affordable too.

Mrs. Rodriguez was awesome! She is strictly business and does not divulge into things that are not important to the case. I think this is a great characteristic to have in family law because often times clients want to dwell on information that is not helpful. She quickly establishes ground rules ...in the courtroom to ensure that both sides and the judge are aware of the parameter of the trial. She knows the family code very well, and delivered life changing results for our family. At first she may seem distant, do not panic, she is still a fighter for the case, but she is not going to be in contact to talk about odds and ends unless she deems it pertinent to the case. This forced us to make some decisions on our own as well as not harp on little things that can add extra stress in a custody battle. We knew that if we shared with her something important she would always call us right away. We highly recommend her. In the end it is about results and that is what she delivered. We recommend her to anyone that wants an honest, experienced, driven, and no non-sense lawyer.

I hired Mrs. Rodriguez to handle a divorce without children for me. There was little to no property and no real fighting between me and my ex wife. All we really needed was a simple divorce, and she handled it with great integrity and care. After hiring Mrs. Rodriguez, she contacted my ex wife to try... to settle this amicably. However my ex hired an attorney. She then contacted the attorney and was able to wrap this up with one court appearance. I could not be happier. I would recommend her to anybody.

There is never a child custody case that doesn’t bring you to an emotional roller coaster of heart ache and worry. She left the worrying up to herself and delivered results which were for the best interest of the child. She continuously and (personally) kept me informed and updated on our case on a w...eekly basis and she was extremely honest and very aggressive. I have never been happier with an attorney and the best part about it is that she is willing to work with you financially, because custody battles DO get very costly. She won’t lead you on and will tell you honestly what your case is looking at for the outcome. If you are not wanting an aggressive attorney who will fight for what is right, take your money elsewhere.
