When I was struck by another driver, I thought it would be alright, the other driver admitted she was responsible for the accident, and provided her insurance information. However, when I contact her insurance carrier, they claimed she had never reported the accident and denied liability. Repeated ...calls to the insurance carrier were of no avail, and when I asked if I had to get an attorney, they laughed and said, "you do that".
