The real deal! A true blessing!

I don’t even know where to start...I’m just so glad I found Mr. Jackson and his team when I did! The moment I called the Jackson Law group I knew they were the ones for me. I called, in tears, from halfway across the country fearing for my baby and I’s future. I first spoke with Stacey, Mr. Jackson’s... paralegal. She listened, she cared, and she quickly put my mind at ease about some of the aspects of my case. She then transferred me directly to Mr. Jackson (for free!). Within the 30 minutes I spoke to Earl it seemed like he “just got” my case. He didn’t sugar-coat anything. He told me that Tarrant County basically has an automatic geographic restriction that they are strict with and it was very tough to get it lifted in those courts BUT I had a good case for it and he would fight for me. I worked with Stacey via email and phone conversations a lot between then and the hearing. She put this worried and scared momma’s heart at ease many times. She is so kind and funny and gave me a reason to laugh in such a stressful time in my life. Fast forward to our court hearing and all I can say is “WOW!” Mr. Jackson is a true fighter in the court room. He is so quick and smart and can see right through BS coming from the other side. He will fight for you tooth and nail to get the outcome you want, and that’s just what I got! I’m honestly still in shock. He is the real deal! My case seemed impossible and in just one hearing the restriction was lifted and my baby and I were able to go home thanks to Earl and Stacey. Earl Jackson is the epitome of a lawyer. He fights for what he believes in. If you are thinking about hiring Earl, DO IT! You won’t be sorry. I know my divorce/custody battle is far from over but I sleep a little better at night knowing that my baby and I are safe and that we have Earl Jackson and his team on our side. They are a true blessing from above and I can’t thank God enough for bringing me to them! If you hire anyone other than Earl Jackson, you’ve hired the wrong attorney!!!

Got the job done

My ex-wife was trying to take the kids away from me.I was trying to get help from fathers with equal rights and what not but they don't really help you.So I started looking for a lawyer and found Earl Jackson.he's a good lawyer and I've already recommended him to other friends of mine.the judge wasn'...t any help.seemed like he wanted to break me.but after two years I got what I wanted.very happy I get to have my babies with me and show and teach them how to do things.happy father here.

A true blessing

I obtained Earl Jackson as my attorney to get my child back, I am in another state so I had to search high and low to find someone that I felt could help me in such a stressful time of my life. Someone I could trust being so far from me, after all the future of my daughter was in the hands of this pe...rson I had never met face to face but only spoke with over the phone. After talking with him and listening to what he had to say I knew he was my only hope. He assured me he was the man for the job and he proved himself to be that plus much much more. Earl Jackson is not just an attorney, this is his livelihood, he jumps in head first and goes to work to help you get the justice you deserve. Everyone in his office is so friendly and courteous, Stacey was absolutely amazing in every way. Though I was several hundred miles away they made me feel so comfortable and gave me a sense of security because I knew though I wasn't there with my daughter while she was gone she wasn't alone because she had these amazing people fighting for her with me and she didn't even know it. I will forever be grateful for what this man has done for myself, my family and especially my little girl. I recommend Earl Jackson to ANYONE who needs a strong, confident and overall caring sincere attorney to help with any family law manner. Times like these are difficult enough without having to worry about if you have the right representation, with this firm there is zero worry. I'm blessed and will never forget the call from Stacey saying "are you ready to come get your little girl?" The most amazing call a mother could ever receive. Thank you thank you thank you Earl and Stacey again for all you have done to make our family whole again.

The man who can!

I first met Earl Jackson when he worked my divorce. Now he and his assistant Stacy are more than just a legal team, I consider them to be my close friends . Earl and his assistant Stacy were beyond helpful at a time when I was a young man going through what was the worst time of my life Earl did his ...absolute best to make sure I was going to get his A-game.He made sure I understood what was going on. He made certain that I was comfortable with what was happening with my case. He fought for everything I wanted. When I tell you my divorce was difficult just imagine trying to carry an ice cube across the sun and keeping it cold. In the end I got more than I thought I could. Later Earl and I teamed up again for the custody case for my son. Listen if you want someone who will treat your case like it's theirs then you want Earl. Earl Jackson took my case personally. When I felt like I couldn't go on Earl encouraged me to sleep on it and call him in the morning. You see he truly wanted to help me get my child. He didn't want to see me quit and I knew it wasn't about money. It was about helping put a young child into a better situation, I can say that he went into that court room and swung for the fence. He told me he would get the job done and he more than delivered on his word. I will never forget how hard he and stacy worked for me and my family. I'll always consider Earl and Stacy as close as family. You will not be disappointed. Work with Earl and Stacy. Thank you Earl and Stacy. You got me my baby and made my family complete.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked on several cases with Earl and he has always done a great job. He is knows Family Law very well and I often call on him for specific advice on nuance matters in Family Law. He also is a very good litigator who handles himself well in the courtroom. Earl is well regarded by both Judges and opposing counsel. When I was hospitalized a few years ago he was the first person I chose to handle my family law cases and he did a very good job for me and my clients. Earl also does a good job in mediation and we have worked on mediation cases together. He is very good at explaining complex legal issues to clients so they can understand the issues and make a rational decision."
