I was constantly having to call and follow up on my case, and had never been through anything like this so i thought this was the norm. I ended up spending what little savings I had to try and protect my son and then Darren didn't even file the necessary papers to the court so our agreement was nul...l and void, and my son was not protected. All I did, for $2000 was set a strong boundary. After this huge snafu he didn't apologize or try and make it right and didn't even help me plan for what would happen next or put in safe guards for my son and I due to his negligence.
