Would rather you settle for something you don’t want than to fight in court for what you need. Misplaced documents that took a hour to complete and he took a hour to try a find it very ...unorganized. One person office with a paralegal. Was told unlikely I would receive 50-50 judgement Withdrew him from my case. Hired new attorney and received 50-50 child custody and almost no cs. Would not recommend if your a father and need a family law lawyer fighting for your rights. You get what you pay for

He failed to send Interrogatories to my estranged spouse. Did not get court continuance as discussed. Insisted on mediation. Told me it was a good settlement if both parties were unhappy. I appeared for mediation hearing not knowing he was not prepared and had not sent Interrogatories as he said and ...had indicated. He cost me a lot of money due to a lack of representation.

I was constantly having to call and follow up on my case, and had never been through anything like this so i thought this was the norm. I ended up spending what little savings I had to try and protect my son and then Darren didn't even file the necessary papers to the court so our agreement was nul...l and void, and my son was not protected. All I did, for $2000 was set a strong boundary. After this huge snafu he didn't apologize or try and make it right and didn't even help me plan for what would happen next or put in safe guards for my son and I due to his negligence. I would not recommend him or his services.
