A NIGHTMARE TURNED INTO A DREAM!

We do not have words to express our gratitude for all the hard work that was done to over turn my husbands immigration case. From day one when our families lives turned into a nightmare Chavez & Valko were there to guide us. It was a long painful processes but we deposited all of our faith in ou...r lawyers. We worked with them and gave them all the information they needed to make a strong case. First, my husband had to appear in court. He was denied the cancellation of deportation petition. We did not know what to do!! As a family we decided to get a second, third and fourth opinion. I visited many Immigration lawyers with no luck! We then realized we needed nothing else but to continue with Chavez & Valko. My husband asked Mr. Chavez to proceed with the appeal. Mr. Chavez had to apply for cancellation of deportation to the BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals) therefore, he began to prepared the appeal brief to proceeded. By this time, Mr. Chavez was on a deadline to submit the brief. The Chavez & Valko team is very knowledgeable and know exactly how the process works. Mr. Chavez finalized all documents and sent them off......it was the longest four weeks of our lives. I will never forget the day Mr. Chavez called me to let us know that the case had been overturned by the BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals. It was a very happy day for the whole family and all friends that had been there for us during this trying time. We will always be grateful to the Chavez & Valko TEAM. I will always recommend Chavez & Valko as one of the best Immigration firms to my friends, family and my community. A phone call from Chavez & Valko that turned a nightmare to a dream!! Three things you need to get through an immigration process (from experience): 1. Hope 2. Prayer 3. Chavez & Valko

Excellent Lawyer and Law Firm

I found Mr. Chavez through the computer and was impressed with the testimonials, When I met with him, I was assured with his knowledge regarding seeking permanent resident status for my husband. Very approachable and friendly, a sense of mutual trust was easily established. He and his competent sta...ff guided us in gathering all the data we needed and helped us to focus on some needed points to support our case. The process is long and arduous, but they helped us sustain our patience making sure all our papers were in order for filing with the government. There are no shortcuts in the process, but every one of our concerns and questions were promptly addressed. We never had any problems contacting our paralegals. My husband and myself are truly grateful to Nicolas Chavez and his law firm.

THE BEST IMMIGRATION LAWYER

TRUSTWORTHY! DETERMINATION! AND EXCELLENCE! My case was an unusual and impossible one. A friend had mentioned Mr. Chavez, and vowed he would be up for the challenge. At the meeting there were two options he gave. I made my choice, with no second guess he said "Let do it". His attentiveness wins my t...rust. The dream team was set and they went to work immediately. Great communication provided by the paralegal team, via phone, e-mails, and by mail with updates on the status of my case. Lawyer Chavez and his paralegal team were determined for success. I called them the dream team because they made my dream come true. Lawyer Chavez and his paralegal team strive for excellence in the work they do. I must say I am blessed to have wonderful people who devoted their time, and worked so tirelessly to help me get my LPR after my 24 years stay in the U.S. Yes 24! Can you imagine? To anyone out there looking for the best lawyer to defend you. Lawyer Chavez and his dynamic paralegal team are dependable and trustworthy. Thank you lawyer Chavez and team. God bless you all.

The real perspective of the law

Mr. Chavez personally handled my case and I received all my paperwork even in shorter times than expected. He gave advice on documentation and prepared the correspondence sent to the USCIS to leave no room for doubts and delays. His advice had invaluable results to me and my family.

The only one that can get it done when all the others can't!

This is the lawyer that gets it done. My case consisted of a felony from the early 90s and my Green card was about to expire. I spent over $1000 getting consultation fees from the top lawyers in town. You name them and I have talked to all DFW super immigration lawyers. 90% of them would not e...ven take my case after hearing it. The rest basically told me that they can help me out but most definitely be picked up and start deportation proceedings. Now comes Valko and Chavez. I did my first consultation with Valko and he gave me good information. I wanted to know more about the firm before I chose them. So I had another consultation with his partner Nicholas. Nicolas Chavez was very understanding of my situation and very knowledgeable. He is the only one that guaranteed he would be there for me if anything where to happen. So I decided hired him and I'm so thankful I did. I did everything he instructed me to do and 8 months later I got my card in the mail. Nicolas Chavez is the most trustworthy and downright honest immigration lawyer that I have ever met. He will tell you how it is and will not lie about it and the best thing he will not nickel and dime you to death. His fees are more reasonable than everybody else's. He goes far and beyond to make sure you're taken care. If you have a difficult case to at least go talk to him and you'll understand what I'm talking about. There are not words I can express my gratitude, thank you very much Chavez.
