We would like to thank Mr. Valko and his paralegal, Jessica for their help and hard work. My husband is from Mexico and has been here since he was eight years old. Martin Valko is an angle for my family. My husband got his deportation 2 years back in december just before christmas i think it was the 18th or 19th. Think about it. A deportation letter just before christmas :-( . It looked liked some one had pulled off our lives from us. We had no whwre to go at a...ll. Before this happened another attorney was handling my case. My husband entered the USA from Canada and that lawyer assured me that his case would be setteled and he will sure get a GREEN CARD. Well it did not happen that way. I was dealing with him for almost 2 years and paid all his fees as well. When his work permit got issiued we were very happy and thought that everything will be fine but that was not the case. #yers back he renewed my husband's work permit and as soon as we got it we got a denial letter from the uscis stating that my husband was in a deportation case and he has to leave the country. There is no words that can explain how thankful I am to Mr. Martin Valko and his law firm. I was very discourage, hopeless, and without faith after a well known attorney told me to get ready to go to my country because there was nothing he or anyone could do about my imminent deportation.
