Our company retained Mr.Valko and his team with our recent H-1B application. We have handled the process internally but soon realized we needed the extra expertise to handle the RFE we received from USCIS. This was a difficult H-1B case as we had a unique import-related job position with a special ed...ucational experience. Mr. Valko and his team were not only looking to get a job done and end my husbands case and hope it go well, they made sure to get the results we needed. After being denied the first time with another lawyer for not submitting correct and all supporting documents. Mr. Valko and his friendly staff not... only fixed those errors but, made a great supporting affidavit. His staff were always available to answer questions as much as they could at all times. Big thanks to Cielo who put up with my husband and I after being very impatient clients. They were very prepared and knowledgeable of everything from the first day til the end. Martin Valko was very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband came to USA in 2004 as a student and later his father applied for him so that he can get his green card but unfortunately USCIS didn't approve him due to over 21 age. In 2010 the person who interviewed him, told him to wait for deportation l...etter but luckily they didn't send him one. After I received my Citizenship in 2013, me and my husband went to see Mr. Martin and he and his paralegal helped us a lot with filling up forms in proper way and guided us through the process , calling us for any updates or if they cannot reach us leaving us voicemail or Emails. My 77 year of mother was granted her permanent resident of the United States status last week.
