My brother and I hired Brad to help us navigate through the settlement of our mother's estate. It was very modest but did require dealing with a muniment of title issue. Brad was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He met me at the courthouse for the probate hearing.....prior to this he pr...epared me by explaining exactly what would happen and how I should respond to the various questions that would be posed by him and the probate judge.
