Exceptional
Mr. Rowe is an honest, competent, and an excellent attorney. I did not trust lawyers before I met him, and now i would not go to anyone else. He has drawn a will and probate for my now deceased husband, he was very thorough and precise. He has also represented me when my landlord was neglecting ...

I Do Not Recommend This Attorney
Mr. Rowe did not fulfill the terms of our attorney/client agreement; in fact he made my case worse and I have to hire new counsel to represent me. I am trying to get my money back and filing a grievance with the Texas Bar Association.
The Law Office of Pete Rowe was hired to draft a demand letter to the client's former landlord. The Law Office of Pete Rowe drafted the demand letter as agreed. The client approved the letter on May 29, 2018. The attorney provided additional services at no cost to the client. For example, even though the attorney was not compensated to do anything beyond draft the demand letter, the attorney discussed the landlord's response with one of the landlord's executives and reviewed documentary evidence that supported the landlord's side of the story. The client was pleased with the attorney and became upset only after the attorney refused to continue to represent her and file suit against the landlord. The attorney did not believe the facts supported a suit; and being mindful of his ethical obligations to the client and public, the attorney decided to not file what he believed to be a poorly supported lawsuit. The attorney chose to honestly evaluate the matter for the client rather than take her money for a lawsuit that the attorney did not evaluate as having a strong chance of success. Most clients appreciate that sort of behavior and this attorney will continue to be frank, open, and honest with his clients.
