I had the pleasure of having Noelle as my sons special education lawyer for my son's ARD meeting. Noelle went above and beyond to make sure my son was able to receive the special education services he needed for school. She was able to help bring in a consultant that specifically worked with schools ...districts that dealt with special education programs. She is also great with follow ups and service recommendations outside of the school for services.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Noelle Vinson Saint Jean is a consummate special education attorney. As a child, she received special education services and was in a unique position to understand the benefits and the need for advocacy. Noelle’s strong background is laser focused on special education law. In addition to Noelle’s Masters’ Degree in Education, she interned with a New York special education law firm and the U. S. Department of Justice Disability Rights Section. Noelle was a Dean’s Fellow and law student attorney at the Washington College of Law Disability Rights Law Clinic where she successfully advocated for services and accommodations for students with disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA). I have seen her tirelessly assist numerous people who otherwise would have been left behind by the legal system. If I had a need for a special education attorney, I would call Noelle."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
