Biography
Lene' Alley DeRudder is a divorce attorney with a primary focus on high-conflict and complex matters, particularly where property is at issue. Although an advocate for efficient and reasonable resolution through negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, Lene' is a fierce litigator when necessary.
Lené excels at cases that involve complex property division and is adept at managing division of property. A numbers driven person, Lené excels at managing issues surrounding a business in a divorce, such as interest and ownership disputes, business valuations, and the division of assets like stock options and shares. Lené also has extensive experience in custody disputes, contempt and enforcement issues, grandparents’ rights, and is available as a mediator in select cases.
A second career attorney, Lené entered family law after pursuing a successful career in business and media. Lené has been named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star consecutive years since has served on the Collin County Bar Association Board since 2014 and is the current President. Lené is also an active member of the bill review committee of the Texas Family Law Foundation, which works to educate state legislators on legislation affecting family law. As a resident of Collin County since 2002, Lené is active in her Collin County community, including as a parishioner and parent at Prince of Peace Catholic Community.
