He was sure to explain the process of the case with me and always updated me on any new information in or about the case. He was patient in helping me understand the more complex terms regarding the case. He dedicated a lot of time to helping me resolve this issue, as my case took 4 years to be compl...etely resolved due to several instances of complications.
