Phillip David Wainscott

I hired Mr. Wainscott for my son's murder and drug charge. When I talked to other attorney's they left me feeling helpless and confused. A co-worker of mine suggested that I call Mr. Wainscott. He knows the law and how to handle his cases. He meets his clients personally. Bad is that he is expensive. $20,000 is a lot of money. But, to get the murder charge dismissed and get probation on the drug case was a good outcome. He does office out of his home. He has a small office in his wife's store where he meets his clients. If your looking for an attorney in a big office building, Mr. Wainscott is not your attorney. But, if your looking for an honest attorney who will work his butt off for your son, Mr. Wainscott is certainly your attorney.

Phillip is an excellent attorney. He went to trial with me on an aggravated robbery charge. The DA at first asked for prison time. Phillip refused to accept any prison time. We set the case for Jury trial and the DA offered felony probation. We refused this offer and went to trial. If I lost my trial... I could have been sent to prison up to 99 years.
