He gained experience as a prosecutor for the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office before establishing his own practice in 1999. He is licensed to practice in all Texas trial courts and in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Very Helpful
Mr. Jeffrey and his staff were very helpful when I was in a tough spot. I’m going to Wilmer when I was certain I was going to Prison. Instead I’m getting probation and the drug treatment that I need.

Misdemeanor reduction
I was on probation in Denton county and picked up a felony in Dallas. I was worried about being revoked on my probation case but after I hired Tim he got my new felony reduced to a misdemeanor so It would not assert my probation.

Great work
I’m on parole and was arrested for a Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a felon. I hired Mr.Jeffrey and within a week the felony was reduced to a misdemeanor and I was released back on parole. He did exactly what he said would do.

Freedom
Offer 25 TDC and I got out on 7 years deferred probation. Probation didn’t have my paperwork finished so I got out on a PR bond until they get it done.

Good job
My son was arrested on a felony probation violation after not reporting for over 2 years. We live in New York and didn’t know anyone in Dallas but we were given Mr. Jeffrey’s name by someone in jail.
