Unprofessional and Disrespectful - Would Not Recommend

I contacted this firm seeking legal representation for a serious legal matter. On July 23rd, my first call was placed on hold for over 15 minutes before being hung up on. I immediately called back and was told I would receive a follow-up email explaining their consultation process, but it never arriv...ed, despite checking both my inbox and spam folder. On August 6th, I followed up with a third call and, after being placed on hold, was told again that they would let the attorneys know. When I asked when I could expect to receive the email, the receptionist said she did not know. I then asked if the attorneys were simply busy, and she paused and laughed at me. I was in complete shock. As a veteran seeking professional legal help, I expected to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Instead, I was met with indifference, broken promises, and outright disrespect. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking serious legal representation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
