I was referred to Dennis and Shannon by a friend of a friend who recommended him as the best family attorney in Dallas, and it’s truly one of the best decisions I’ve made. The situation was a nightmare for me, as a contentious custody battle was the last thing I wanted. Dennis and Shannon knew that a...nd were kind, comforting and supportive throughout and always on top of everything (and in a custody case, there are many things). Dennis was extremely shrewd in cross examination, and represented me expertly in front of the judge. My ex had a high priced, highly regarded attorney, but Dennis was simply better. We ended up settling in mediation with the terms I wanted. I could not recommend him more highly and will absolutely contact him should the need arise again. Shannon is also wonderful to work with. The process is an unpleasant one for sure, so having someone I trust and actually like represent me made a huge difference to me.

I hired Dennis to deal with a modification to my divorce agreement. We ended up going to trial before the judge. Dennis failed to adequately research the case and was not prepared when he had the opportunity to cross examine my ex-wife. Afterward, Dennis failed to notify the attorney general's off...ice of changes to the amount of child support I was ordered to pay. I could have done better representing myself. Don't waste you money with this guy.

I hired Dennis years ago for my divorce and he worked with me during that time at a different law firm. During the proceedings, my husband and I decided to give it another try.
