I was referred to Dennis and Shannon by a friend of a friend who recommended him as the best family attorney in Dallas, and it’s truly one of the best decisions I’ve made. The situation was a nightmare for me, as a contentious custody battle was the last thing I wanted. Dennis was extremely shrewd in cross examination, and represented me expertly in front of the judge. My ex had a high priced, highly regarded attorney, but Dennis was simply better. We ended up settling in mediation with the terms I wanted. I could not recommend him more highly and will absolutely contact him should the need arise again. Shannon is also wonderful to work with. The process is an unpleasant one for sure, so having someone I trust and actually like represent me made a huge difference to me.

After hurdling through CPS and my exes lawyer I was going to give in and give up. I was confused with all the lingo and the other lawyer trying to trap me. I made the decision to call around for lawyers a week and a half before my trial and somehow found Dennis and he was literally a god sent angel. ...I went to a conference with him and explained everything showed him my evidence against my ex and he assured me, he can help recover my son. He and Shannon worked their magic and within a week and a half, at trial I was granted sole custody and since my son was out of the country, he made it possible for him to come back home.
