Dennis Michael Saumier

I hired Dennis to deal with a modification to my divorce agreement. We ended up going to trial before the judge. Dennis failed to adequately research the case and was not prepared when he had the opportunity to cross examine my ex-wife. Afterward, Dennis failed to notify the attorney general's off...ice of changes to the amount of child support I was ordered to pay. I could have done better representing myself. Don't waste you money with this guy.

I hired Dennis years ago for my divorce and he worked with me during that time at a different law firm. During the proceedings, my husband and I decided to give it another try. In 2018, years later, I reconnected with Dennis to finish the first proceedings. In the meantime I had to hire another attor...ney for Guardianship of my mother and subsequent probate and etc. It was one of the toughest times in my adult life and the law firm I used at that time, made it even MORE difficult. We took up where we had left off. Dennis had been savvy enough to write up a postnuptial agreement if our attempt to reconcile failed. Having this agreement saved me time and trouble when refiling. After our conference, Dennis asked if he could pray for me and the circumstances I was going through. I cannot even express how this touched me. I knew I had made the right decision in finding this caring individual to walk me through this stressful time in my life. Each time I contacted the office I always got an answer that day. I never had to play chase with Dennis or Shannon. When we went to court it was as easy as it can get concerning a divorce. The scheduling, the calls, emails, answers to my questions were always done in a caring and timely fashion. Their follow-up has been phenomenal also. Shannon Dielmann is a great asset to the firm and they are an awesome team.
