Walter Wm. Hofheinz has practiced estate planning and probate law in Texas since 1979. From 1991 to 1997 he was an Associate Professor at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now Texas A&M University School of Law, teaching property, estate planning and pre-trial civil procedure, and as a law student he was research assistant to Professor Stanley M. Johanson.
