Tom Benson has gotten me out of 6 DWI's in Dallas County period. He is the best criminal lawyer going those bad reviews? There's something wrong with those people. Absolutely. You have to pay an educated person that went to law school. Absolutely, you have to pay him money. But you know what it gets... results.Most time I have ever spent in jail was 30 days that's with 6 DWI's. And Dallas is the home of Mother's against truck drivers.Thank you Tom you are the best. And by the way, it's been over 20 years since all of this has happened.I stopped drinking. I'm not saying its right or okay.I'm just saying he is a stellar criminal lawyer.

RUN RUN RUN!!! If I could rate a Zero, for attempting to ruin my life I would. Tom Benson does NOT care about you, just your money! I hired Tom Benson on a case and after months he stated the case has been dropped, and that all I would need to do is community service and not have contact. Come to f...ind out, that was a lie. Instead, Tom pushed back the court date yet another month, and after being misled, I now have a warrant for my arrest that the court says could only be fixed by Tom. Where is Tom? I would know if He didn't block my number. My parents will DEFINITELY be paying this office a visit. At this point, I would imagine the great reviews are fake. LUCKILY, I record all conversations, and other lawyers are saying I should take legal action. Hopefully this gets corrected soon.

I hired Mr Benson over a year ago for my fraud charge, I only hired because my public defender was not working to the best of his ability. My public defender was able to get my charges reduced to what I wanted . I hired Benson and paid $2500 because he said he could get a better plea bargain. Mr Bens...on not once tried to get me a better deal than my public defender. All he asked Everytime we met was "are you making a payment today?". I paid him in full and I signed for the original probation agreement my public defender had got me. After one year, I myself have successfully completed my probation and was released early because I went to talk to my judge, my attorney couldn't even do that for me. He said he would do a non disclosure on all my previously deffered charges. I have yet to hear back from Tom Benson, he robbed me of $2500

My husband is in Dallas on a probation violation for "walking out on a 10 year probation thirteen years ago. Mr. Benson got the charge reduced from a 1st degree felony to a 2nd degree felony and made a deal to offer of only 2 years. My husband accepted the offer. His "back time was 2 years so h...e will be getting out of jail very soon. He has been in jail since December. Thanks to Almighty God and Mr. Benson, my husband is coming home.
