While working for respected boutique law firms, Michael has represented medical practices, construction, manufacturing, technology, real estate, and service companies.

Michael has also worked in-house for a publicly traded company, Ennis, Inc.; although it seemed to have unlimited resources it hesitated to consume legal services. Why?
