Super Smart Lawyer, Very Communicative

My husband and I were stuck in a very convoluted real estate purchase. Ward was the third attorney we contacted. In a short amount of time he resolved our issue and we were able to move forward with the transaction under terms we liked. Have already used his services again and highly recommend.

Excellent, professional, won our case

Ward was excellent in helping us with our case from day one. He consistently communicated with my husband and I throughout the legal process, he gave us honest and clear feedback and advice, his presentation in court was so impressive that it was obvious he had devoted much time and research to prepa...re and support his legal arguments, and he ultimately won our case with a settlement that we felt was the best possible outcome. Mr. Davison had some significant timeline and other legal obstacles to maneuver around due to our switching from other legal counsel at the eleventh hour. I can’t express how glad I am that we made the change. If we hadn’t, our case would have gone nowhere, but thanks to Ward’s diligence, his maintaining an awareness of exactly what was going on with our case, his knowledge of the law and the court system, and his follow-through, he ultimately led our case to a win that is fair and just. Our experiences with other law offices left us feeling like we were expecting too much by wanting even the most basic of communication, of help to understand the process, or to feel a lawyer was truly dedicated to our case. So what I appreciated the most about Ward was that he LISTENED, he made us a priority, and he rightly earned our trust!

did not give follow up help

Ward was hired because of a client being forced out of his apartment by retaliation. We paid him a total of $2,000 dollars for his services. The first $750 was the retainer and for him to send a letter to the complexes attorneys which he didn't do. We the case was supposed to be hear (which never ha...ppened ) it ended up with the client having 60 days to move out. We wanted to sue after the hearing, but he said the client signed a waiver which never happened because we asked for a copy of that document. They charged the client over $1,100 for move out work in the apartment which did not need to be done. I contacted Ward about this and he was supposed to call their attorney about that but as of this writing that never happened and that was in early part of March 2017. I have over the months sent Ward many emails with no response. I even made a call and was told he was busy but after giving my name and number i was never contacted.
