Linda Akwa represented me in my Daughters custody case. My case was a complicated case. My Daughter's grandmother opened the suit claiming she had taken care of my Daughter for over 6 months and was trying to take her away from her Mother while the whole time my daughter was living with me. I came to Ms. Akwa (by referral) two years ago becauae the system had failed me dealing with custody of my son and fair financial restitution to his mother. Linda vowed to get a case that had been defaulted in favor of the custodial parent (my son's mother) rectified so the courts recognized not only... my hardships, but also how much past support i had provided! Ms. Akwa did all of that and more and fought for me until we got the courts to see things from our perspective and grant us favorable redress. Her knowledge of the law is stunning and even impressed the Judge and Attorney General. Her techniques are very calculating and able to get truth and justice from the most manipulative and deceiving of plaintiffs. You cannot put a price on her lawyering and ability to do exactly what she sets out to accomplish no matter the obstacles. I compared her to other rated attorneys in a 60 mile radius and her compensation schedule for services far surpassed all but one other and upon further research that counselor was found to have several negative reviews.
