Linda Akwa represented me in my Daughters custody case. My case was a complicated case. My Daughter's grandmother opened the suit claiming she had taken care of my Daughter for over 6 months and was trying to take her away from her Mother while the whole time my daughter was living with me. After a ...few appearances representing myself in court I saw the complexity of this case and decided I would need legal representation. I have did business with Linda for some time now and I am truly pleased with her services. I have referred family to her and she has provided the same results. She is honest, trustworthy and she works hard to resolved her case load in a more timely fashion than most attorney's dealt with. Others will... take your money and do absolutely nothing. But she went in against counties that were outside Dallas/Ft. Worth , and she still beat my cases or we agreed upon a great deferred amount. All in all I had over 6,000 in tickets and I have paid less than a 10th of that. Then she helped me with getting an occupational license, and that took a little under a month. to get all my tickets resolved and I worked with lawyers before who were lazy, and would rob you blind because they were unprepared in some cases requesting continuances(charging you for them) and other bogus practices . In this case, instead of waiting a year for help, she worked my case(s) in less than three months (Tickets/Family). My brother went in for the same thing and she has worked hard on his case(s) as well. You get what you pay for and nothing less. I believe whole heartedly that she provides a service that all can benefit from. I will recommend Ms. Akwa to anyone who has legal issues because her professional/business/ethical level of service is outstanding...NO COMPLAINTS !!!
