I had a Federal Case that seemed so lopsided that my Attorney prior to Taly, withdraw from the case once I decided not to take the Plea Deal offered. Attorney Taly, unlike my prior Attorney, didn't present me with a Plea Deal but rather used his experience and relationship with Federal Prosecutor Tea...m to get them to agree to a "show and tell". This was critical because it gave us a better insight to analyze some of the possible challenges we would face. After getting his point of view, I informed him I felt like the trial was going to be my best option. The Prosecuting Team offered several other possible lower charges but yet I express to him my thoughts and we stood fast and told the Prosecutor we are prepared to go to trial. Right before the case was supposed to go to trial the Prosecutor decided to dismiss the charges. When facing adversity that you never faced before you need someone who can help you calm the storm so you can see the light.
