I didn’t have the typical Fed case (gun or drug charges). The details of my case were rather complex and involved several people and a 100k file discovery, Tally went through it and knew the intricate details of the case better than even I did by the end of this nightmare. I was looking at a gui...deline sentence of 3-4 years and I ended up with a year and a day sentence with no probation. The downward variance from my guidelines is very rare and the lack of supervised release after doing time is even rarer. Aside from my outcome, I will say Tally is one of the few Fed attorneys with integrity (based on the experiences of follow inmates I encountered). Many fed attorneys (both public defenders and private attorneys) will go months, or even years without contacting their clients. Tally was the complete opposite and did everything possible to earn his pay. He had regular contact with me and my family, dug deep into the case and exhibited a high level of diligence and competency. If you are unlucky enough to get a 5th circuit case, I would say he’s the only viable option based on everything I learned and saw in the time I spent in Fed detention. He truly is an advocate, not just another attorney going through the motions to get paid.

So when I first met Taly I didn’t trust him and that’s just cause I didn’t trust no one I didn’t know him from a can of paint my family did tell me we had retained him as my attorney but I still didn’t trust a soul I had just been arrested so of course my mind was all over the place as months went by... and we worked on my case I started to give in and started trusting Taly not once did he let me down he never sugarcoat anything with me he kept everything straight to the point straight raw, that’s what I liked the most about him cause u could talk to him and he was just a straight forward guy u ask me he’s a beast at what he does and I’m forever thankful he did tell me to get my GED and make my time worth it in there and I do and now I’m home and doing better than ever thank you so much Taly for all the great advice and doing a great job on my case!

Taly was so helpful during my experience. He assisted me as we navigated my husband’s lawsuit. He was compassionate to what I was going through, knowledgeable on what needed to be done, and thorough in his work. While I don’t wish anyone to have to use a lawyer, Taly is the best person you could have... with you on this journey. You can tell that he cares about you as a person and not just a client.
