I made a couple of poor decisions in the beginning of my case. Even having doing so Taly was still able to step in and provide the absolute best outcome. There were specific suggestions he made to me during my release that would possibly help the outcome, every single one ended up working in my favor.... During my pretrial release I had to go in front of two different prosecutors and three different magistrate judges, all before finally seeing a sentencing judge. With his experience, knowledge, and relationships I made it through all of those situations. I faced multiple charges and he was able to get certain charges with mandatory minimums dropped. I was able to plead guilty to a lesser charge. About halfway through he gave me a best case/worst case scenario as far as time. I received 2 years LESS then what my initial BEST case scenario would have been. He definitely fought the whole way through. It’s a year later now, and I start my time next month. Im going in at peace and with a clear mind, especially knowing that my kids are going to get to see me way sooner then later. I appreciate everything!
