A lawyer who takes your $$ and refuses to do any representation
Rincon is a theft! Do not hire him as your lawyer! I paid him $1,300. He never provided a service. He is unethical! I reported him to the State BAR of Texas!

I hired this lawyer in January 5, 2012 to attend my husband case. We pay the amount agreed in the contract and $ 1,200 more.
