Expungement 15%

Expunctions erase arrests for a charge like they never happened. They are completely erased from your record, so no one can ever find out about it. Pretty awesome, right? Some charges can't be expunged, but they can be sealed. When you get a Non-Disclosure, the general public can't see the charges.

Amazing attorney!

Matthew is an amazing attorney. He got all charges dropped/dismissed! He is very fast, responsive, and knowledgeable at what he does. Any time I've needed help or had friends or family that have had questions, he is my go to person that I can always count on. He is quick at responding and tries every...thing in his power to help. I feel attorneys like him are hard to come by so I confidently recommend him to anyone ever needing help with legal matters.

Excellent!

My lawyer got me out of jail time, took care of the DA for me and helped my future look better than the mistake I made in the past! Matthew Espinosa is incredibly smart and knows more than just what is required. He will always give you the best options that are available and never lie or keep you... in the dark about anything. As soon as he is aware of something he will notify you instantly and adjust the course of action if necessary. He will advise and make recommendations but at the end you will make the choice and he will work with you and your decision to get the best results. As long as you are willing to listen to him you will have the best opportunity to take care of whatever issue you’re currently going through!!!

worst attorney

Okay I'll start by saying he did good job on getting my warrant lifted in outout me of jail and into a payment plan. But after that it was all down hill. I would call numerous times and he would never answer or connect me back. Out of 2/3 months he only called back twice. Once according to my court d...ate up in 2 weeks. He told me he got it lowered to $975 with a $250 monthly payment and he'll call me when he got all paperwork finished. Well I received a letter in mail 2 days later and said I owed $1400 and monthly payment of $300 from court. When I called him too ask what happen all he could say I'm not sure what your saying and that shouldn't be right but yet his signature was on the paperwork. I was very upset. Thanks for helping me get it lifted and out of jail but I need you too keep your word in keep in touch with me more and know more of what's going on.

First of all, glad we could help get you out of jail. Sorry you had a bad experience with the court side of your tickets. We do not set court fines/fees. They are set by the court. We do our best to relay the court's offers, but sometimes they increase if you do not have proof of current insurance, dl, ect. All courts also add time payment fees to each case if you take more than 30 days to pay a judgment and this may cause court fees to increase after a plea.
