Kathleen Ryan McLaurin

Kathleen McLaurin has more than 35 years of experience in advising clients in a wide variety of complex transactions with particular experience in the oil and gas industry. She has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions involving publicly traded and privately held companies. In addition to acquisitions and dispositions, she has advised clients in equity and debt financing transactions, both public offerings and Rule 144A offerings, and provided advice regarding corporate governance, particularly with fiduciary duties of directors of financially distressed entities. Ms. McLaurin currently is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Petro Harvester Oil & Gas, LLC.

Ms. McLaurin is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Oil, Gas and Energy Law; Corporate Counsel; and Business Law Sections), the State Bar of Georgia, and the Dallas Bar Association (Energy Law and Corporate Counsel Sections). She is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and is board certified in oil, gas and mineral law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
