Do not trust this man!!!!!
Paid him $2500 to handle a parole issue took my money and would not answer phone call and would not even answer his office door. I guess he thought it was over for me and just wanted to get me for my money. His office door stays locked even during business hours if that is not a sign I don't know wha...

Don't waste your money
Joe said he could lift my blue warrant but he never even called me for 3 months after I was finally arrested he showed up two times and at my parole revocation hearing I ended up with safe p. which I could have got without him. $2,500 for 3 hours of work

Saved My Husband!
My husband was arrested in Florida for DWI while we were on vacation. He had a pending DWI in Texas and is on parole. They transferred him back to Texas and Mr. Padian won the preliminary parole hearing and got him back out. He got then got the DWI dismissed.
