My brother was told to hire this Parole Attorney by his first attorney. The stories he has told me about this guy, what my parents have gone through to reach him. After paying him $5,000.00 just to get absolutely no help. Who does he even represent!? Why are you avoiding my brother? He is your client...! Why do you hang up on him? Why do you not want to talk with my dad? We are a family needing help to help my brother in the awful situation he’s in? As a professional who has been paid, you’d think you would work hard for your clients to get some kind of resolution. You went to school for this!! It is obvious that when it comes to human help, you lack that terribly and that’s not something you can get with an education. My brother hired you to HELP him. You got your money and have offered him NO help! Why? Do you only select the people you want to help and avoid those that you can’t help, after they have paid you? This attorney doesn’t deserve 1 star.

I was referred to Joe by a former federal prosecutor who assured me that he is the best in the business. As an attorney myself, I had high expectations for his representation of my younger brother in his parole hearing. His pricing is a bargain for the quality of service and expertise Joe brings to t...he table. He remained responsive throughout my brother's case, presented me with all facts (both good and bad), and his staff (namely Edna) did a great job at communicating important information and deadlines. I would have written this review of him regardless of my brother's outcome--it does, however, speak to his talents that my brother was granted parole (on his first time) thanks to Joe and his office.

We hired Joe Padian for my husband for his criminal charge and parole violation. My husband was arrested for assault family violence with priors which then caused a parole violation. These cases last a year and half and Mr. Padian stayed in contact with me the whole way through. He was very attentiv...e, answering calls/text day and night. He answered all the questions we had and worked hard on both cases. My husbands assault charge was DROPPED within 4 months! For the parole violation, my husband turned himself in and Mr, Padian showed up to both parole hearings in East Texas. My husband spent 30 days in county going through the process, waiting on hearing dates and he was REINSTATED! When I felt like all odds where against us Mr. Padian showed us different. He knows the law and will work hard for his clients. I strongly recommend Joe Padian if you are looking for an attorney that will fight for you. You wont be wasting your money.

Paid him $2500 to handle a parole issue took my money and would not answer phone call and would not even answer his office door. I guess he thought it was over for me and just wanted to get me for my money. His office door stays locked even during business hours if that is not a sign I don't know wha...t is.
