Top Notch Intellectual Property Lawyer!
Naively I pursued the introduction of both a book and app into the marketplace without the help of an intellectual property attorney. Intellectual Property Dispute
Attorney Jim Chester assisted us with an Intellectual Property Dispute. He provided guidance of the issues that we faced including the strengths and weaknesses of our case. He gave counsel and wrote letters to the Attorney representing the other party. He was professional and responsive to our requests. After several months we were able to reach a Coexistence Agreement with the other party and avoided having to litigate the case. I found him very knowledgeable of Intellectual Property Law and would highly recommend him to a prospective client.
