My experience working with Derek K. Prosser was outstanding from start to finish for my recent Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Prosser was very helpful in filing my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Derek made the process of filing for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy simple and straightforward. This was my first bankruptcy, so he thoroughly explained the process of filing, what documents I needed to provide, and how long it takes for my case to be heard and then discharged. There was a handful of times ...when I called / emailed him with questions like: "hey, what is going to happen again?" and "This creditor is calling me. What should I do?" and Derek always responded within an hour and was more than willing to share his expertise. Derek is a clean cut, straightforward guy and I'm happy he was on my team.
