We were hired to help R.B. eliminate a large amount of tax debt. R.B. had been informed by his CPA that taxes could be eliminated in bankruptcy. He contacted me and I walked him through the various e ... lements required to eliminate taxes in bankruptcy. We filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy, and sure enough, the IRS eliminated over $200k in taxes that R.B. owed from past tax years.
